It’s The Soul That Captivates Me

I can love people of every gender identity and expression. It is the soul that captivates me. It is the love we can build and the goodness we can contribute to the world by supporting each other’s best journeys.

Something quite a bit different for today’s column at Wisdom and Life.  But if you pay close attention to the above quote you’ll see what attracted me to this topic. Ok. Give up?
It is the soul that captivates me.

Those who have been with me from the the time Wisdom and Life pivoted will certainly understand that part of Alyson Stoner’s entire quote.  It IS the soul that we are attracted to.  Simply click:
Soulmates It will bring you to my columns on the subject.

I sincerely believe that we all have soulmates.  Sometimes our soulmates choose to be platonic in one incarnation instead of lovers.  It doesn’t mean we don’t love each other. We may just want to live as friends in one life. Our soulmates will always be with us in each incarnation we live. If you read Soul Groups, and Always Together, you’ll see my entire worldview on the subject.  Like Ms Stoner, I also think it is the soul that connects us.  It’s why there is love at first sight or at least connection at first sight.  Because it IS the soul we feel the connection with. It’s why when we incarnate (from life to life and choose different sexes, male or female) and we find the person we are meant to be with, if we were male during our last incarnation and are now female we find our soulmate who is male, we are still attracted to him.  It’s for the very reason that Ms Stoner says:
It is the soul that captivates me.

I know I’ve experienced connection at first sight several times during this my most recent incarnation.  I KNOW when THESE connections occur that they are part of my soul group.

When I read the article about Ms Stomer and saw that quote, I understood immediately what I would share at Wisdom and Life.  Our souls to connect us. The sooner we realize this, the sooner those who fight against inclusion and acceptance of everyone will put down their emotional weapons and embrace our differences.
For we are all more alike than anyone knows or cares to understand.
We all have more in common then we are different.

Be Happy!  Be Well! Be Positive!
Blessings to you.

You Can Fail At What You Don’t Want

I had no idea that Jim Carrey followed my train of thought.  The preceding link that is his name is all you need to watch today.  He discusses taking a chance on doing something you want.  Carrey says:
You can fail at doing what you don’t want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love.

In the short video, Carrey uses phrases I use all the the time:
You can ask the universe.

That’s been my philosophy my entire life.  I’ve devoted a whole category to this at Wisdom and Life:
Parental Pressure.

No one should pilot your life other than you.  We’ve all incarnated with gifts to share.  It is up to us as individuals to find those gifts and use them to create abundance in our lives as well as the lives we touch.

Don’t let anyone poison your dreams.
Follow the path that you want.
Ask the Universe.

I’ve seen that video countless times as I’m sure many of my readers have as well.  But it’s always nice to have a reminder that these concepts that were once hidden away and seen as esoteric are now becoming more mainstream.

Jim Carrey is right when he he discussed his father in the short snippet above.
Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life.

Blessings to you.

Carrie Fisher/Debbie Reynolds

Mother and daughter passed within a day of each other.  Some may say Carrie Fisher’s mom, Debbie Reynolds suffered a stroke because of the stress of losing her daughter.  That’s an explanation people will be able to accept.  But there’s another esoteric interpretation of the events that happened at the end of December.  It’s one that I prescribe to:
Predestination

That concept that says we decide our fate when we choose the life we will live in transition hall.  What’s transition hall?  You may ask:

Transition Hall is where we go to choose our next incarnation.  I understand that some of my worldview may sound a bit esoteric.  However, for someone steeped in the paradigm, it is all simply one piece to the puzzle.

In Transition Hall, we choose not only the life we will lead but we also sign a contract that states all that will happen during our latest incarnation, from when we will incarnate and into what kind of life we will live to when we will transition once more back to our soul groups.

So what I’m saying here is that I believe that predestination tells us that there are certain aspects of our lives that simply can NOT be altered by the contract that we sign:
Our incarnation date and out transition date are two such things that can’t change.

Unless we take matters into our own hands with our transition.  If we do that then we don’t return to our soul group.  That will cause a one way ticket back to humanity.  This is not a punishment as I’ve written here countless times over.  It is simply a spiritual law, a karmic law.

Perhaps during Carrie Fisher’s and Debbie Reynolds’ time in transition hall, they decided to pass together.  They obviously had a contentious relationship during their latest incarnation; another thing they chose when they incarnated.  They seem to have finally resolved their differences however.  Because they became family again, only to have their time cut short, perhaps, Debbie Reynolds DID need to be with Carrie and maybe that was in the contract Reynolds signed before she incarnated:
That if they were able to set aside their differences, Reynolds would transition with her daughter.

I understand this is a delicate topic and I’m in no way making light of this tragic event.  I’m simply giving my own explanation for why I THINK mother and daughter may have passed together.  An esoteric reason I know.  Because I’m steeped in the paradigm I’m in, I find my thoughts naturally going in that direction.  May Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds find peace in their passing and we can celebrate their lives.

Garry Shandling

In 1977, when he was 27, Shandling was in a serious car accident in Beverly Hills that nearly killed him.

“I had a vivid near-death experience that involved a voice asking, ‘Do you want to continue leading Garry Shandling’s life?'” he later wrote. “Without thinking, I said, ‘Yes.’ Since then, I’ve been stuck living in the physical world while knowing, without a doubt, that there’s something much more meaningful within it all. That realization is what drives my life and work.”

From that moment on, Shandling decided to concentrate on stand-up comedy, finding the constraints of traditional sitcom writing limiting.

Too many celebrities have transitioned this year.  Now Garry Shandling.  I copied the above quote in bold because Mr Shandling seems to have the same worldview as I do when it comes to transitioning.  Interesting that Shandling had an N.D.E. and returned.  It seems that he experienced the same thing that MOST people who have Near Death Experiences have.  Shandling was asked if he wanted to continue leading Garry Shandling’s life.

I hadn’t thought about this until I copied that passage here.  Here’s what I’m thinking now:

Shandling was asked if he wanted to continue leading Garry Shandling’s life.

What was the other choice?  To transition to a new life?  See?  What I take away from that question is this:
Why would Mr Shandling recall the question phrased in that way, in the third person?  To continue leading Garry Shandling’s life?  What other life did he have the option for?  Unless we choose to believe as I do that we do indeed return over and over, reincarnate, in other words.

What other explanation is there for the question being recalled in the way that it was?  I choose to see the question this way:
Do you want to continue leading Garry Shandling’s life, or does your SOUL want to find another life in transition hall?
It is then that we are brought to Transition Hall.  Here is where we choose our next life.  That next life will be a result of how we performed in our previous life.

My worldview, my thought processes concerning transition runs toward the eclectic, towards the esoteric.  It’s who I am.  It’s what I believe.  That doesn’t mean I don’t believe in God, in Jesus.  I do.  I’ve managed to adjust my paradigm to fit into Christian thought.

Garry will be back as will all the souls who have transitioned this year.  It’s distressing for those they leave behind.  For them though, they are home.

Blessings to you.
